Jasper is a 2 year old West Highland Terrier that is being rehomed due to his owner’s ill health. We are led to believe that he was mistreated in an earlier home so we feel he needs an experienced owner, with patience, to give him a secure environment. He would best be rehomed with teenagers and as the only pet.
